This page explains what happens to the details you send through this site. Last updated November 2026.
What we collect. Only what you type or attach in our forms: your name, restaurant, email, optional phone, website, location, menu links and any menu photos or files you choose to send.
How we use it. To reply to you and, for the Free Menu Accuracy Check, to compare your menus and send you the list. We do not sell your details, share them for advertising, or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who handles it. The forms are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which emails each submission to hello@weareredfield.com. That address forwards to our inbox through our email provider. The site is hosted by Netlify. Those services handle your details only to deliver them to us.
Tracking. This site does not run analytics or advertising trackers.
Your choices. Email hello@weareredfield.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it.
